Another 'tribal' painting, acrylic.
This one is a commission for huskie666 of a thylacine done in this sudo-tribal style.
The color choices were directed by herself and my digression. The background is a teal (the mottling is smoother in person), the figure is a combo of gray and silver, this it actually has some shimmer and sparkle when you move past it, and purple because heck it looks fantastic.
I just need to put the hanging wire in the back and then it will be packaged up and shipped :3

Oh dear. I watch so many nature shows. I remember that there was talk of cloning a thylacine from a pickled pup (seriously, someone saved a dead puppy from a thylacine in formaldhyde) and there was debate over it. I think it was a cryptozoology show on Green Network.
I know a tiny bit about the Aboriginal culture. Personally, I would never walk on Ulurhu (their sacred rock)... and not just because I'm afraid of heights.
