While the toyified dragons are incapable of moving or speaking, an interesting thing occurs when they're played with. Whatever imaginary scenario is dreamed up by the one playing with them is experienced by the toys as if it were real. The toys still don't have control of their actions in the fantasy, though it feels to them as if they do and they're acting out a script in a play or movie.
This is all-too familiar to Widow, who in their past life was a famous movie actor. Here they take the role of Blazer, the heroic HiveWing hero of the world, standing up to a nefarious villain dreamed up by Auburn's creative imagination.
Caterpillar is there too, loving the fact that he gets to act alongside Widow (having been a fan of theirs' in his prior life). He unfortunately got airsick right when he was transformed and got stuck with a goofy expression on his face.

Was already planning on writing a story where some of the characters are turned into plastic figures and played with but the way you elaborate on how they experience the fantasy as if it was real and with the players talking "for" them is just so good, I'm gonna have to incorporate that haha
