Epiales, god of nightmares, is the youngest of Hypnos' sons and the one mostly in charge of the drug and rougher side of the sleep business. Sure, he deals with nightmares, both relieving and dispensing them, but still...mortals still need to sleep. Because of this, he deals with sleep related drugs and research, even going as far as to run multiple sleep centers that specialize in night terrors. If he can cure them, which he does, it at least ensures the success of his family's lineage.
