Sorry for not responding to comments last few days! I’ve stumbled upon a new thing to me and it’s having nightmares every time I manage to nap or sleep in past 3 days. So I wake up just hyperventilating and crying and I am not sure how to stop it.
I think it’s just a result of so much stress in past few weeks. I do not lose my cool and try to stay cool-headed which apparently resulted in my body relieving stress that way. So I just kinda stuck with it for now but I’ll be okay.
