He is Billy, a spectral rabbit who was sealed in a musical box hundreds of years ago. He found his freedom after the raccoon named Rax found the box containing him in his father's garage and removed the seal out of curiosity. The raccoon, cornered and with no other choice, ends up making a contract with the rabbit that would unite them for the rest of his life.
