In the film, Kairel was the aide of Queen Orianna, the mother of Xiro the protagonist Lion and next king, as well the Kairel's love interest who had a crush on him for a long time, and tried to maintain order between the Herbivores and Carnivores with the young lion, while Panthy was the seductive Black Panther who sided with Dagnino the Bengal Tiger and other Predators, set to seduce Xiro into his downfall, allowing Dagnino to become the King of the animals, as well to buck the No Preying rule on the Herbivores set in the Ark.

After finding a man capable in Noah, God's warns him of the upcoming flood and entrust him with the task to save the Animals of the world; he then proceeds to send messages to all of the Animals and the steps to followed, which much don't seem to take serious, or trust, but after an assembly, all the animals accept to board the Ark, except for the Dragon, the Unicorn and Bigfoot. As they gather on the day, Xiro, thinking it was a vacation and not realize the severity of the situation, had taken another Lioness, Bruma to go along, with Kairel, in fact, intended to died with the rest of the old world in the flood, had a chance of fate not intervene and killed Bruma. Xiro takes Kairel and the two board the Ark just as it's releases from its platform and moarings. Two other humans, Farfan and Esther, board the Ark and disguise themselves as animals to avoid the gaze of Noah''s family and the other creatures.

It was Kairel, who had to tell the harsh truth to Xiro and the responsibility thrust upon him now that that everyone and the home he knew are gone, after some reflection he tried to take his task seriously, and in the process growing closer to Kaierl, he was often distracted by the seductive distraction of Panthy, acting in accordance to Dagnino's plans, which often caused jealousy from Kairel and friction in their relation. The situations goes from bad to worse after Noah's goes missing and the Ark's rudder is broken, sailing aimlessly through the ocean. Dagnino machinations succeed by using a ripped piece of Farfan's costume, covered in fake blood, making Xiro loss favor with the Herbivores thinking he had eaten another animal in violation of the rule, and he is imprison, with Kairel left heart broken, their efforts being for naught.

As Kaiel and the others come to realize the trick Dagnino has pulled, Xiro, in a moment of divine enlightenment, confuses Noah with the Voice of his lineage as the latter speaks to the Dove, lifting Xiro's spirits just as Kairel and the others break the door down. He admits his faults to her, then the lions and their allies confront Dagnino's pack as they prepare to feast on the Herbivores; while Dagnino shows to have the upper hand albeit briefly, a last minute chance has the fiends tossed to a wall, knocking them out, as the Ark crashes onto packed ice, getting stuck in the South Pole.

You'd expect there would be a reasonable cat fight with these two, after Panthy seduced Xiro into a Dagnino's trap, but no. Kairel, sadly, does not bent Panthy to a twist. (BOOO! Yeah, I know, bad joke, but I still will get away with it).

As the animals panicked after the crash, Xiro takes charge of the situation as their King putting order; God finally gives a break and the sun shines, and Noah returns to his family, proceeding to fix the rudder. Xiro then gets an idea to free the ark by pouring the torch oil over the ice; he setts it on fire, melting the ice and freeing The Ark, which continues on its journey, leaving the Polar Animals in their new home, with Farfan and Esther left behind. Afterwards, the Animals are having a party; Dagnino and his lackeys are sing along, though stuck to the wall, while Panthy is held in a cage.
