Since humans and demons are closely related in my universe, doesn't take much to transform into one, this is a special variant found on the radioactive wasteland of old earth.
The mixture of radiation and primordial magic flowing through old earth causes a slow transformation into a demonic entity, if radiation sickness goes untreated (if you're lucky, most just die)
They're psychic, spikey, and very dangerous to stand near.

And they glow like nightlights! :)

Also yes they are very much inspired by ghouls from fallout.

Also I'm no longer putting potbellied characters as mature if they're not explicitly meant to be looked upon lustfully
