SLAKings Poison Gym Leader said they wanted an electric and poison Pokémon for their CyPhaCon 2017 badge. So here's an amped-up toxtricity striking a pose inspired by the epic air-guitar stylings of the WyldStallyns.

Pale yellow "speed lines" radiate outward from the same origin point, but aren't visible until the purple gradient starts to darken.
