this may only apply to me and my partners, but i find it helps!

:3 sometimes what you really need to get something done, is to be consensually ORDERED to.

X3 i make no exaggeration, i ask for this all the time. i often pace my room as a nervous tic, or ignore the plushtoys i keep as comfort objects.

:P if im just ordered to lay down or hug my plush, the releif is instant.

:3 as for descisions, talking them out with friends helps too!

ALSO! >:3 if phone algorithms are distracting, put on a wholesome anime in the background!

:3 for me, Card Captor Sakura is that show, super cute and nice and wonderful background noise while i draw or write or whatever.
