Asami Through the Ages
...I've been drawing this character a lot, lately. Honestly, she's not even in the story that much. In my Aoi: Blue Sun series, she's the main character's great grandmother. But, she does appear. She took a human as her mate, so I think that's why she pops in my mind a lot. Anyway, this is what she looked like as she aged from a teenager, to a young adult, to a more mature adult. In her young adult years, she had to be more of a warrior, as is her birthright. A lot of things happened around the world that demanded the water spirits to fight a little aggressively to maintain and preserve the health and sustainability of the oceans and their inhabitants. She had a lot of growing up to do in a very short amount of time. It made her a little hardened and aggressive, but later, she reclaimed some of her soft, gentle nature.

The first picture is definitely giving me an Esmerelda from "The Hunchback of Notre Dam" vibe, it looks good on her! The second one reminds me of the Zora from The Legend of Zelda, which fits with her being a water spirit and the third one looks like she's about to go out to a fancy, high-end dinner somewhere.
