Wobble Is a rouge LCU that has disguised himself as a bubble dragon and he is able to blow both bubble and pods from his mouth. his disguise is very convincing both inside and out as to make it harder to tell he is and LCU but still carries normal LCU abilities such as cloning and tranformation though he would rather avoid using those functions all together.

He also really likes his hoodie and stripped leg warmers as it makes him feel a little unique.
