Boss Reference Sheet
A reference sheet for one of the oldest characters that I own- a sparkledragon named Boss.
At this point in time, Boss is around FIFTEEN YEARS OLD; which is absolutely insane compared to some of my others. She may not be the oldest- but she is one of them for sure.
Despite having countless redesigns, being passed around a few different people, and having an absolutely enormous pile of drama surrounding her design... she's remained visually the same since her conception, and I'm really happy to see the improvement in my understanding of anatomy and shapes- while knowing that I did such a good job on her original design that it didn't need changing.
This sheet was an attempt to kinda separate Boss from all of that and make her kinda her own thing.
Definitely encourage anyone who feels up to it to draw her; the loose color palette and ability to stylize her fucking rocks and she is such a joy to draw.

It uh... yeah, kinda lmao.
It was less about the species and more about the (former) species owner and community, but man that was forever ago. I'm honestly shocked anyone (including myself) remembers anything about it. x'D
Anyways, thank you! Boss has always been a really special character to me and I'm happy to keep her around and kicking.
