Veronica had the idea to design a new coat of arms for Silverwing, but she not a good artist and can only bad looking sketches. Neku asked William to find some artists to help her design something renew Silverwing's pride (given Arthur perished who was there pride). As much as William wanted to get Sketch, but Sketch suggested he gets Artisan of Crownreef as he's more skilled in art than him.
William asked Artisan if he can come to Silverwing to design something, which he agreed to as long as he and his siblings get to tour Silverwing.

Usually Artisan doesn't go for castles or palaces, but the calming waves made him at ease. Met with Veronica who herd alot about him and showed him several sketches which he took and locked in a room as he paints better in solitude. After a sleepless night he showed his finished design which made Veronica light up and he even designed it on a diaper for her. Neku approved of it and made it the official coat for Silverwing and everyone in the guard would wear it, making Silverwing have some pride again and the Ragtags getting to look around Silverwing, even thinking of hiring Artisan again should they ever decide to redesign the kingdom's banner.
