I focused on the symbolic elements. The blue/white/gray palette represents poverty and cold. The diamond patterns on the suit symbolize a "structured" system, portraying the spread of hunger as a virus. The bone details on the suit (this rider is often depicted as a skeleton). The stripes on the fur's design represent a "grid" or a "trap" that is impossible to escape from. The "tentacles" are a reference to insatiability, a thirst to grab, while also being sharp, hinting that it's impossible to break free from their grip.
