This guy was a squirrel that wanted be big and strong, but never reached the goal
He was giving up but when saw a certain feline stuff balloons in his suit, he thought to create the suit that can make him bigger and stronger using same way, first prototypes had some problems like that couldn't eliminate the problem of the helium so he created a belt to make it heavy
From the creation of the suit he become so full of himself that started to flatten everything, he decided to stuff also balloon parade full of helium in the suit for reach big heights
