At long, long last, a full and accurate reference for Karther! Been around for over a decade and I always needed to pick my ref pieces very carefully or add disclaimers or additional notes, but here he is in full fluffy glory.

Karther Winterknell, a "velvet dragon," takes it upon himself to monitor the other central characters of the world he inhabits. While he is no longer the world's main Canonist, that honor being in Snowe's hands now, Karther still retains some old tricks of the trade and remains an immensely powerful individual (albeit power that he prefers to be very discreet about using). The black tome he keeps in his personal library is key to this, a story always still being written, among the tapestry of texts and artwork that make up his world.

While he's never been entirely focused on his self-imposed responsibilities and does occasionally submit to his baser impulses, lately more than ever it seems like he's drifting a little. Perhaps he's just had his hands full with Sauvren more often (and often rather literally, at that). He suspects she may have some sort of scheme at play.....it wouldn't be the first time someone's tried something like that, given what he knows about everything Doveland has done.
