Time and thought will definitely do that to a fursona.
I mean, we ourselves change in personality over the years as well, so sometimes one's visual impression of them self might change to go along with it. I'm not the wangsty piece of adorkable I used to be in High School. I progressed out of that and like to think I became a bit more loving and ... fluffy. Fluffy is an emotion, I swears.
That's the basic story and I'm running with it. >)

You know the feeling you get when you look at a photograph of a person rather than a drawing of a character? When I look at this, I get that feeling. You've captured her so well in this piece that I can't help but hope we run into each other someday, because she looks like such an interesting person! I think her personality really comes through, great job!

Awww, thank you so much ^__^ I like to think she's a pretty good visual representation of how I act in real life. Spunky and upbeat, but very approachable. And I'm quite the little rascal too, I suppose :33
And well, I am doing art trades. The main reason I don't have commissions open yet is because I really want to establish my style and current work into my gallery so people see what I enjoy doing... so hopefully I don't get a load of commissions of things I'd rather not enjoy doing. Eventually, though. Once I'm more confident in myself and that people know my style more.
