Seth Pungsan is a North Korean Pungsan dog who lives in a fancy condo in New Bark City. For income, he rents out other condo properties he owns and runs a small pawn shop downtown, collecting rare antiques. Seth is a fat, charismatic, and sleazy fella who’s always trying to make a quick buck. He can be rather gluttonous and over the top with his crude sense of humor. He enjoys living in luxury, hanging out at the beach, partying, gambling at the casino, and stuffing his face with his favorite food: fish tacos and pineapple drinks. 🌮✨
