You can easily see a character development from left up (first one), through right to left down. at first I wanted to make him similar to Smee in "Hook" movie, but he didn't look serious enough. So I changed him to the point he's big and scary. And ugly.
He is still my favourite pirate so far xD

Furthermore, right down you can see a random pirate fellow, who out of sudden became the rat version of Will Turner. I have absolutely no idea why i did it.
