He's an old RP character of mine and a bit too complicated to explain, but surely I've done a lot of art of him. This is his only painting, though.
He's pretty much a mix of a human, flying fox bat, a rat and angler fish. In appearance, anyways. Genetically he's a Homo Vampyrus, a mix of a human and flying fox bat. Experiment went a tad vile, though.
