As far as I know, Amazon distributes it to all their storefronts (The ebooks automatically go to all regions)

It's actually possible to use your uk account on the us amazon site. I did this, and it converted the price to pounds at the checkout screen (international shipping is pricier, so it still came about £12, plus it'll take a while to get here)
