Oh gosh, this is some very lovely tf, I really love the way you depict mid-change, the interplay of aquatic animal and human features and shapes.
I really like the whale especially, and it seems his friends are also finding it fun, too. Would be funny if the guy was originally noted for being somewhat thin and/or short as a human. Maybe he still is, just by whale standards.

Hey, this is really awesome! I love how these new denizens of the sea look as the last of their human features are greatly contrasted by their new aquatic forms. My favorite fella is probably the shark, I adore the expression on his new shark snout as he stares at the huge whale, and how he's still trying to use his scuba gear even as his arms reshape into fins and his long fishy tail grows out.
The tf scenario is fantastic and it reminds me of "Help! I'm A Fish", especially with your wonderful cartoon art style. If I were in the same predicament, I hope that the oceans of change would kindly bestow on me a form as cool as the ones these three got!
