Ted "Atlas" Grizzby, Extremely Rare Atlas Bear (Extinct species in real life), he is a CIPS Operator from El Pawso (Texas)
Was orphaned as a cub and held captive by Mammal traffickers where they planned to use him for underground fights, thankfully he was rescued by El Pawso's BOARTAC (Border Operations Assault & Recon Tactical unit) an elite Special operations unit for El Pawso's Law Enforcement/Defense force. He was later adopted by a family of Grizzlies in El Pawso and grew up becoming a member of the Law Enforcement/Defense force and Later joining the same unit that rescued him as a cub, wanting to give back to those who saved him from a terrible life and hopefully help others, years later when the same BOARTAC Sergeant who rescued him, now the CEO and field commander of CIPS came to him offering him a job with CIPS, Atlas couldn't refuse.
