Okay, first off, I and I'm sure many others are happy to be able to upload again so I'll be adding a few pieces that I feel should be here.
Anyhow, this is a Great Sword from Monster Hunter 1 and some subsequent entries. A couple years ago when I fully played through the game for a site known as Retroachievements, I wanted to try Great Sword because of it not having it's key feature, which my quirky ass somehow loved. I used this GS throughout most of the game and while it is not perfect or technically the strongest given the circumstances, it is easy to make and it does well, well enough to have gotten me far. I tend to make this weapon with subsequent playthroughs, as I know it's a reliable option. So here's to you, Great Serpentblade. You will always be a good sword and introduction to me actually enjoying this weapon archetype. This weapon is based off the beginning monster in a handful of old gen MH and it is none other than Velocidrome. He needs no introduction, and on one last note: don't call it cute but I do like how the pawprint marking is visible here.
