I most have forgotten the helmet, I'll se what i can do.
As for the textures, and for what you are describing this is SFM, they are not broken, it's the way metallic materials have to be done there, the only problem being just what you descibed when there are no ligths in the scene. You got to options to "fix" this:
- in the .vmt of the material (armor or metal) you can delete all the $envmap parameters (which is the cause of the "glow in the dark" problem).
- or, in SFM, you can put "mat_phong 0". This sometimes works for certain models or maps, but you can test it if ti works.
