The conclusion to Emmet and Sully's first encounter with a cat out of time. After cornering Victor at his last known location failed to produce the planned-for result, Sully found himself taken, unconscious, to a place in the middle of nowhere. But although the circumstances of his abduction were rather harsh, Victor didn't cause him any lasting harm. In fact, he mainly seemed to want to unburden himself.

..........well...that's a cute reading indeed....but that's far away from what's actually happening here, Victor (the smilodon) is quite the face of -evil- in most of his days. I highly encourage you to jump into the short story related to this piece (14 pages might seem a lot to some, but I guarantee that's some good time spend, Bosonic Vinegar never dissaponts ;3 )
"Cornering him" seems like a major word here, even in the artwork you show, -they- seems to be the ones dead-worried about their positions...
I feel the details like the spider webs and the fact that we can see their breathing in the cold night lightened with the fire, adds so much soul to the piece ^^
