With everyone having a blast with FA running again, it's time to upload a character design by 
! A huge inspiration and I love to see his fat fur art for a while now ^^
And what I ask him to create is an idea for a "gassy" bear, or a walking bear balloon villain with gas powers, Dr.Hiashi Yama, also known as "Nazo-kuma" ! Thanks Scott for your wonderful bear work!

Powers: Inflation, latex like body, omni-gas elemental manipulation, powerful strength, flight
Bio:
A former scientist that tries to prove the existence of powers beyond other worlds. A power that many universes have to be controlled, almost like “magic”. Who said to have found this power from stars of one universe known as “Universe-D”. Passing that power or “magic” where-ever it touches. When he tries to access this universe, a lab accident led some think he'd perished in the blast. All in trying to travel to obtain that star power via a quantum generator. But fully vaporized him as a result! Rather than killing him, it turned Hiashi into a gas like specter! With the powers of fires, expanding and contrasting his body (via latex suit later on trying to hold him body in a solid form), along with have powers of any element gases, such as Carbon dioxide, Helium, Hydrogen, nitrogen ect. Now as a sentient gas being, now he's confined in a latex suit containing his from being “gone with the wind”. Along with better controlling his powers of any gaseous elements. As well as expanding, and contrasting his size, so on. Making Hiashi “walking balloon” and now being a top mercenary to make ends meet. From bowling up targets with her skills, to even suffocating enemies in gas till they break. Under the Alias “NazoKuma” or Mysterious bear by his mass and looks.
Personality:
Obsessed with the existence of magic outside of her universe that will give extraordinary power. Not to expose a revolutionary power to the world but rather prove himself right for his own ego's sake. Such as endangering Nazo-Kuma's and wellbeing by stealing various technologies to achieve his goals. Even with his new form after the lab accident, he's still driven by that same obsession, even if it ruined his whole life. Even as a gaseous being in Latex body keeping his form stable, yet mentally not so much. As many see him as a cruel ruthless threat with his powers but wanted to be proven right to see his dream come to life and to be in control beyond social status. Yet occasionally shows some adjacent bits of mercy in deep desperate situations, only if it's life threatening to his own existence.
Along with Moe-M-Down providing his new latex suit. Yet has a Vendetta towards him by the sexual favors in return for the new body. But must comply with him as he knows the powers of his latex body suit. With the struggles of his life as keeping things together. Leading tasks as being selfish, dangerous, and even shortsightedness of not seeing the big picture of what those tasks can do out on the field. Even with Nazo's plans are 90% serving to her "Master Moe". And does what he needs to fix issues he created in the first place once having the chance to be free from the Hyena man's talons. Along with making a plethora of selfless wishes to make people happy the best he can. Able to take
notes to document his mistakes if he makes a mess up of things. Once he's in a stable state to do so to make those wishes would come true for himself.
