Jedi Knight Desert Palm
another one of those posts that got skipped during the site's downtime :) For May the 4th, I drew the G3 pony Desert Palm as Luke Skywalker! I wanted to try my hand at cuter, more anthro-ish ponies in little outfits like we see in some of those Lyn Fletcher picture books, so I looked at a LOT of references as I made this piece... I chose Desert Palm for a few reasons: One, I LOVE the Dream Design ponies with 3D cutie marks. And two, I wanted a thematically appropriate pony to place on Tatooine! I would love to do some more silly cosplay crossover ponies like this- I posted some Winter Soldier stuff to Patreon today, so maybe some of that will make its way to the public eventually!
