Fun fact about my Eevee character, Vicky: She doesn't evolve naturally. Everytime she's exposed to a certain elemental type she temporarily evolves into a much stronger Eeveelution. It only lasts a short time but she can do a lot of damage in that time.
This is her base form and her Jolteon form, as you can see she's a lot leaner and more agile in this form like a runner. Electricity gotta go fast after all.
