In this long-awaited commission by TheGreatMatsutzu: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/thegreatmatsutzu/ the great Dragonite warrior, Platoon Commander Duuz Delax Rex from Angel Lings, is taking a day off, along with the other members of his crew, sleeping silently in his bed, probably dreaming of shining his sword. (Seriously, he shines his sword, All the time in the anime.) But however, one special member of the crew is still awake, and ready for some fun.

Duuz slept silently in his slightly dark room, slowly taking long breaths. Everyone aboard the Angel Links was taking a long deserved rest from hunting space pirates and other criminals, everyone, except for one. Taffei, the pet of the Angel Links captain, Meifon Lei was prowling through the empty halls of the Angel Links ship, looking for something to play with. She then came across an open door and peered inside. She saw Duuz sleeping on his bed, and curiously wandered in his direction. She then hoped onto the side of the bed and walked toward Duuz's chest. Taffei watched Duuz for a short while before crawling closer and used her paw to lightly bat at the side of Duuz's face. The dragonite stirred a little, and started to raise his left arm, momentarily startling Taffei as she quickly ran off his chest, as Duuz finished resting his arm to the side of his head. Seeing that she wasn't getting any attention, Taffei started to walk down to the lower part of the bed, that's when she noticed something sticking out of the covers at the end.
She continued down the bed and walked in front of the object, it was the dragonite's large muscular right foot. Once up close to the large foot, she gave it a few sniffs as her nose and whiskers rubbed across the soles. Upon feeling the nose and whiskers, the foot started to twitch and move slightly. Taffei, slowly getting more curious, started to lightly bat at the sole of the foot, making it twitch even more, making Duuz give out a few tiny moans. Taffei then stood up on her hind legs and pressed her front legs against the foot, getting a higher reach, sniffing all over the foot as it continue to slightly twitch and wiggle its toes, eventually Taffei started to give the foot several licks with her rough tongue. Duuz then started laughing in his sleep, as he pulled back on his right foot, causing Taffei to retreat, Duuz then exposed his left foot and started to rub his feet together. Eventually, Duuz relaxed again and started to once again silently sleep, this time leaving both of his large feet exposed.
Taffei was starting to get really interested in this mysterious objects, as she approached the left foot. She once again started to smell the sole and gave it a few licks, once again making Duuz giggle a bit. Taffei then got an idea, using her tail, she moved it towards the upper part of the left foot, and started to brush in between the toes. Duuz then let out some laughter as his briefly scrunched his toes together, and then eventually resting them. Now understanding, Taffei gave a little smile and started to lick all over the sole of Duuz's right foot while using her tail to tickle the sole and toes of his left foot, causing Duuz to send out a steady stream of laughter.
Finally having some fun, Taffei continued to lick and tickle Duuz's big feet as the helpless dragonite laughed in his sleep. Suddenly Duuz started to talk, "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! You'll-Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! You'll never make Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha me talk! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! Never! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! I'll never say anything! Haw Haw Haw Haw Haw Haw! No matter Ha Ha Ha what you do to me, Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! I will never talk! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!"
Thanks to the tickling, Duuz was having a re-occurring dream of his capture and interrogation by the Pirate Leader several months ago, where he restrained him to a table and tickle tortured him with mechanical appendages: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4256030/
Taffei continued to lick and tickle Duuz's sensitive feet for and hour and a half, before becoming tired herself. She jumped off the bed and left the room, leaving Duuz's feet shaking from the ticklishness. Hours later, Duuz woke up and felt like he had a hang-over. "Ugh, that damned dream, I wish I could just forget that utterly humiliating interrogation." Duuz said, groggily. Duuz then started to get out of bed when he felt something sticking to his soles, he lifted his legs up picked off whatever was on his soles, and looked at it. "Huh?! Why the hell is there hair all over my feet?!"

Yeah, he's from an anime called Angel Links, Duuz is a platoon commander who hunts pirates. You can see a ling to a previous tickle commission involving him during the story.
