He would until he was old enough he shift to working with his uncle to learn be diplomat for Kecleon Merchant Guild an kingdoms. He being part lugia made it easy for him to enter and leave island kingdom of Silverwing fairly easy and keep supple routes for Kecleon shops. He enjoy royal meetings with Midnight on merchant deals Kecleons and help her with trade agreements with other kingdoms. While he understand as a member of Kecleon family and merchant guild he couldn't take a side but he didn't like it. So when Siwa war finally end he was very glad and jump onjoin to help Sliverwing and Siwa now rule by Morgana the Forth create knew trade deals so two kingdoms could be close. Going with Midnight with other diplomats from other kingdoms to meet with new Meowth ruler. First time in his life he muddle when he met Mona 4 and talk. Needing a bit of push from his Uncle Lenny and Midnight while Lapis give Mona 4 a gentle push the two agree to meet alone later. Leo ask Mona 4 if she like to go for a fly. Cat would say yes and they went on a little date of a fly around Yuba and then Juice bar under Ichiban apartment to try some karaoke at that pub. It went more perfect then Leo had thought as he hang with Alolan Meowth more and get close. His calm and solid personalty giving Mona 4 another rock for cat to come out her shell. With blessing of his family he was allow to retire early as a guild diplomat as he ask Morgana 4's paw in marriage and she said yes. Midnight and Lapis reassuring him he be a fine king of Siwa. Wedding a big event for Siwa as Mona 4 and Leo married but also be crown Queen and King of Siwa by Lapis as she had rest of Siwa's pest rulers.

He shiftily become another father figure for young Lugia Van that Mona 4 had taken in. Van the son of Siwa greatest knight Arthur and some day to be a guardian of Siwa like his father. While Leo was more a logical ruler given his up bring of a merchant but Mona 4 always remind him to use his heart as he rule with her. Also have Aeroblast ready for any that hurt his family or people of Siwa. As well Lumi the Articuno is his pamp is the son of one of bird trio that had train Mercury, he had offend to be Leo pamp partner for new king. Lugileon also has quite a love of PokeBlocks, these sweets made from berry are a weakness of his. Also help his friendship with Midnight become even better as it is a lot easier for the two talk. He miss Neku and Midnight sibling silliness. He is hopefully he make Siwa and Silverwing get more close as kingdoms now with Dark Gators gone.
