Every Reborn has mandibles in their true form, which they use to latch onto the nerve system of creatures. However when they show traits of their Reborn selves in their host's body, it has different functions. These mandibles are not used for holding onto things or eating but for creating clicking sounds. These clicking sounds are usually soft and are used to show their strength (1,2, or 3 tips depending on their power), their status and that they are willing to die to defend their territory (Towards other Reborn), as well as expressing emotions.
