She is back again! The little ninja fangirl who wants to be a real ninja just like her favorite Number 1 Unpredictable Knucklehead Ninja Hero!

I had fun drawing this character before so I thought I would come back and flesh her out some more. First off Naruko is the fan name commonly given to genderbent version of Naruto. I want this character to feel like she herself was inspired by an in-universe pokemon version of the Naruto Manga rather than a female Naruto as a pokemon. Even Kaida was inspired to become a Pirate after reading fictional stories about the in-universe pokemon versions of One Piece and Pirates of the Caribbean, and now she is a real pirate captain, so why couldn't she be a Ninja if she wants to?
I decided to call her "Dawn" because I feel like I was trying too hard to give her the perfect Japanese name, when the point is supposed to be she's not really Naruto, she is a fan who wants to be like Naruto. Also calling her Dawn also has another ironic consequence. Kaida has a phonetic connection to one of Luffy's biggest enemies, the Warlord Pirate Kaido. I picked Kaida cause her name means:"Little Dragon" and Kaido turns into a very big dragon! Meanwhile, the group known as The Akatsuki in Naruto are one of Naruto's main enemies, and Akatsuki translates to "The Dawn"

Dawn has no real power yet, just a lot of guts and a never give up attitude.
