over in my Discord server, 
TGB4tN1t3 has been making up lore about me, and behind the scenes it seems has been cooking up this ARG based off of me, which is not something I can say I ever expected to happen but, hey, I won't complain about it X3
so far, these are what I've found, I'll hide them in spoiler text in case you want to solve it yourself
in the top right corner:
-List of Rules-
•Do not mock me nor my friends
•Do not scan any QR codes that you may find
•Do not talk about catnip
•Do not break any of my rules, lol
on the paper:
Many of you will play by the rules.
Some of you will break the rules.
But one of you will try to change the rules.
I'm unsure if the binary in the background is solvable since I'm blocking much of the code, but if you think you've got the answer, feel free to leave it in the comments :P
