Something less furry that I've painted up. These girls are a few Sisters of Battle. Bought one squad of them purely to paint something new and to actually put a lot of care and effort into it.

I really wanted to try something different from the default black/red/white color scheme you always see them in. I also wanted to have a more practical color scheme than most. So, these Sisters have taken the rare step of actually wearing desert colored armor while fighting in a desert! The dirty, mottled yellow color scheme works surprisingly well on them, I find. Though the photo really seems to hide much of the brown mottling on their armor.

Amusingly, they ended up sharing a very similar color scheme to my WHFB Empire troopers. Just couldn't resist the red tabards, though. Can't through away all tradition... :p
