Salamence ate something that caused them to turn blue and rapidly fill up with light airy juice. Their body continually expanding with air as their head starts to sink into their ginormous puffy juicy body. Unfortunately for Salamence, it does not look like they can get this juice out. They better get used to being this big, round, and puffy!
This was my first air inflation ever, which I then turned it into a blueberry alt, because why not. My thought is that the blueberry juice here is lighter and more airy than normal. I hope it turned out well. I thought Salamence was a good first choice to practice, with those side horn things pressing into the neck.

Heh, I love me more pokemon blueberry inflation scenarios.
In terms of air types of juice, at that point the juice would not only be lighter, but more closer to helium and gas than a liquid. Regardless, I'm sure the Salamence would get used to it (Sylveon would absolutely love seeing dragon pokemon swell up into blueberry inflated beings, and then proceed to tease/torture the heck out of them).

I just wanted to think of a way why this looks a bit different from a normal blueberry (since it is an air inflation alt). I thought of some kind of frothy juice stuff.

Yeah, Salamence is difficult to draw considering the body proportions, the wings, the body itself, the scales/patterns, everything. Although I don't remember frills on the Salamence (but that could just be me...As it turns out, it does have horns, but I don't remember seeing it as fins, but that's just me). But the way you pulled it off, fantastic, love it.
