Meet another member of the Extended Eledad Universe!

Billy is the brother of Ernie's late wife, Betty. Ernie met his wife through Billy as they both worked on the same team in the coal mines. He retired from that career earlier than expected as he was involved in an accident that cost him his leg, the same event that caused Ernie to lose a finger. He later opened a little local Repair Shop, fixing odds and ends while supplying the town with bits and bobs. Ernie's son, Ronnie, was taken on by him as an apprentice, forming a close bond between the two.
