lined fullbody commission for Rustre on TH

i got to do whatever i wanted for this one aside from the prompt of "draw this thing in rain gear" and it ended up with a background and like 4 alt versions. i think this style of [polygonal select + gradient] highlights look a lot better for the rubber parts than my first attempt even though its not as ~shiny~.
