Oh'ish'ta'Jiro <3 He's rather adorable in every sense.
He's also my interpretation of a Kirin (or at least a fawn of a Kirin) that could work pretty generally.
Oh, if you're wondering why the earring is visible in the one image and not the other, its because the image on the right was flipped from the original and I totally forgot that he was supposed to have an earring on that other ear. So yes, earring on his right ear = correct.
Colour-wise, for you imaginative bunch, his main body is a blend of aqua-blue and green while his mane and belly scales are a pale spring green.
