So as I said, I am posting these chapters to FurAffinity now too. I just feel it should be shared! This first chapter is different since it is in a paged out format. The rest of the scripts are just normal, as they weren't edited to be ready for comic pages yet. Either way, I hope you enjoy!

Shela: Um okay, I’ll be out in a few.
Panel 5
Charles: Okay, see you there. (footsteps)

Panel 5
Roy: Ah, there you are! I need you to train with Aero today please.
Panel 6
Shela: But you…
Panel 7
Roy: Your brother, Desmond, and I are heading out to the woods with a small group for training, so I need you to look after everyone here alright?
Page 6
Panel 1
Shela: (sighs) Yeah, sure, alright.
Panel 2
Roy: Thank you. (pats her head) I’ll see you in the evening.
Panel 3
Charles: Later nerd! (stick his tongue out at her)
Panel 4
(Roy, Charles, Desmond, and a small group wander away with Shela looking sad)
Panel 5
Aero: (hand on her shoulder) You okay?
Panel 6
Shela: Yeah it’s fine, c’mon we have a lot of work to do. (already walking away)
Aero: R-Right! (following her)

Panel 2
-Randos shrugging at each other, looking confused-
Panel 3
Roy: We’re almost there, I made the markings much less deep the farther I got.
Panel 4
Rando: Hey Chief, is there a reason you want us to train in the woods?
Panel 5
Roy: Ah yes, I guess since you weren’t living in Fox Village this doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to you.
Page 8
Panel 1
Roy: Fighting in the woods was something we specialized in since the village was surrounded by trees. Mastering it can give you a huge advantage within battles.
Panel 2
-Foot caught in root-
Panel 3
Rando: WOAH!
Panel 4
-Rando 1 crashes into another rando while Desmond rolls his eyes and Charles flinches, both groan in pain-
Panel 5
Roy: (chuckles and offers a hand)
Panel 6
Roy: See this is the perfect example. Learn how to move effectively here and you can take advantage of careless mistakes the enemy might make.
Rando: (looking up at Roys hand/him)
Page 9
Panel 1
Rando: (grabs Roy’s hand and is pulled up) Yeah that makes sense now, thanks.
Panel 2
(Desmond helping the other up in the bg)
Rando: Sooo you must have a lot of battle experience then?
Panel 3
Roy: Not as much as I think everyone expects but I have a fair amount, yes. Most of my experience simply comes from training.
Panel 4
(Show off a shot of the old village)
Roy: Since the village virtually lives on a magic deadzone, we had to learn to defend ourselves without it. Training became a huge cultural thing to us, it’s very important.
Panel 5
Rando: Wow! That’s quite a bit different from where I came from, magic was used all over the place.
Panel 6
Rando: I guess that explains why the camp feels so…low tech for lack of a better term ahah.
Charles: (glaring at him slightly)
Page 10
Panel 1
Desmond: It also makes it harder to track if we’re not radiating large amounts of magical energy and at the moment, I think we can all agree that laying low is for the best.
Other Rando: (Softly) Yeah…who knows when those Enchanted Soldiers will strike next. (looking back and forth)
Panel 2
Roy: Sadly we can’t predict that, but what we can do is focus on training.
Panel 3
Roy: Come on now, there’s a lot of work to do!
Others: Yes sir!
Panel 4
(Shela and Aero squaring off in the pit)

Aero: OOF!!
Page 12
Panel 1
Aero: (coughing into his hand one way, yelling the other) Geez, you don’t have to be so damn rough!
Shela: You should have learned by now! If you refuse to elarn then I refuse to take it easy on you.
Panel 2
Shela: (crouched down, surprised look)
Aero: (half sitting up, surprised look)
???: Haha uh oh, what did you do to piss her off now?
Panel 3
Shela: (quickly turning her head)
Panel 4
Shela: (disappointed look)
Panel 5
Shela: (helping Aero up) He didn’t piss me off, mind your own business Dean. (Dean can be seen in the background)
Panel 6
Dean: Hey hey relax okay, I’m here to train, I wasn’t trying to eaves drop or anything.
Page 13
Panel 1
Shela: (rolls her eyes) Do you need a sparring partner?
Panel 2
Dean: (walking over) Nah, Ash will be here in just a few.

Panel 6
Shela: (slams him down with her elbow) You were saying?
Dean: (coughing)

Panel 1
Dean: Damn girl (cough)
Panel 2
Dean: (sitting up) That was kind of harsh don’t you think?
Panel 3
Shela: (glaring) Don’t insult someone who’s learning just like you are, dick.
Panel 4
Dean: (sighs) Fair enough (turns to look at him) Sorry Aero.
Aero: It’s cool.
Panel 5
Aero: It’s clear that neither of us are no match for her.
Panel 6
Shela: (embarrassed, turning away) More of a reason to train, let’s get back to work.
Panel 7
(Aero and Dean chuckle a bit)

Panel 5
Dean: Haha, nope.
(Ash walking down to him)
Panel 6
Ash: Well likewise, I don’t plan to go easy on you today either.
Panel 7
Dean: Bring it on.

(The magic peters out before even getting to Ash)

Ash: You’re not putting enough in to it, these spells are weak.
Panel 4
Dean: I know but…
Panel 5
Ash: (smiling softly) You’ll do fine, I know you’re worried but it should be okay.
Panel 6
Dean: Okay…

Panel 2
Dean: (tries to stand up)

Panel 4
Dean: (Shela still holding him) Alright, fine…
Panel 5
(Shela and Ash stabilize Dean)
Panel 6
Shela: Aero, go head and head home. We’ll train overtime tomorrow to make up for cutting today short.
Panel 7
Aero: Alright, you know where to find me if you need anything.

(Fearful silence between the two)
Panel 2
Shela: I’m sorry that our camp is so unequipped for his problem, we can barely even handle non-magical medical issues as is.
Panel 3
Ash: Well you’ve suffered for it as well so…no need for an apology.
Panel 4
(Flashback to the grave nightmare)
Panel 5
Shela: Yeah…

(Both are quiet as Shela finishes putting the remainder of the food on the plate)
Panel 4
Shela: Oh, uh…
Panel 5
Shela: Could you also try to talk dad into finding another doctor?
Charles: What happened?
Panel 6
Shela: Dean’s still having issues controlling his magic and it backfired.
Charles: Oh no…
Panel 7
Shela: I think he’s okay but it’s making me really nervous. After what happened to mom…
Page 26

Charles: I know. I’ll talk to him.
