Usually the payment is expected after the sketch is made to fit your character
BUT since I'm currently very busy, and don't have a lot of time before hiatus (see one of my latest submissions), I would ask you to wait a little bit and only pay after flat color stage or even after the ych is finished for you!
(so that in case that I don't have the time to finish the ych before June, you won't worry about your money)
