Oh, looks very cool! There are several aspects about this picture that I like so I'll just list them; in no real order or anything.
>I really love how cool this looks. I can totally see this as the finishing move of some manga~ very well drawn.
>I like the blue/gray colour you used on the luxray's hands and upper body. It has a jeans-like texture and looks awesome.
>I wish there were situations like this in the anime; sadly they wouldn't probably accept anthro characters... but it is amazing and feels very nice as a finishing move!
>I was always rather underwhelmed at how "strong" (=weak) even the best attacks seemed in the anime. There was no real sense of "wow, that must have hurt..." anywhere. (well there was one instance but as they showed later, it was because pikachu got overcharged by the raikou robot in one of the eps, so the attack does not normally look that way). I think they could use a bit of "Impious" design in there, heheh.
