Anywho, this is Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus, or Gaius Octavius. The first Roman Emperor, after the assassination of his adopted father Julius Caesar, He, Mark Antony, and Marcus Lepidus formed the Second Triumvirate to defeat Caesar's Assassins. Then he fought in a civil war with Mark Antony, who fled to Egypt and used his sword on himself, so to speak.
Augustus would rule Rome as Imperator Romanus, Emperor of Rome, from 27 BC to 14 AD.
