This is an older drawing I decided to touch up a bit,
I love Lugia so much, not just bc I was a kid when the movie came out, but as silly as it sounds I think it's neat that he's male in spite of his creator insisting he's female. As a trans man that really strikes a chord with me I guess. His dub voice is so deep he gives me gender envy lmaaao
anyway this was meant to be a pokemon pride merch but idk how the tariff situation is gonna play out
