Been meaning to do this for a while, this is just a showcase of how I typically alter the default pony proportions to look a little better (to me, at least.)

Left is the default model just as it spawns in (except wings are hidden) and right is after my modification.

The size of the neck bone is reduced by 15%, the front two legs are reduced by 10%, the back two legs (leg 2 bone specifically) are reduced by 13% (so the hind hooves still line up with the front hooves) and the tail is reduced by 20%. Lastly, I typically like to add the dock because I think it looks nice. No other bones are modified or resized. I have to do this every single time I spawn in a new model ;-;
