An idea I’ve had for Felix’s world for a while. A species of Alien not a part of the Galactic Council of Planets or GCP, (though there’s some exceptions).

This species is its own empire which seeks to conquer and enslave other planets to fuel itself. Despite this they never attack the GCP, not wanting to bring out a larger war. Instead choosing to pick off planets not a part of the GCP, as they know that they won’t rush to an independent planets defense out of fear of a war.
