One of my besties is a wildlife biologist, and last year she worked on an urban coyote research project in the midwest. i drew this based on some of the stories she told me about the coyotes, their personalities, and their regular haunts.

This was the first thing I drew with the tablet i got for xmas, but I didn’t like how it was coming out & abandoned for a few months until i was suddenly struck with the inspiration and ideas to finish it. I’m still not 100% in love but I definitely like it a lot more! Maybe someday I’ll redo it. I need some more practice drawing canids for sure!
