I finished the image for
torakiyoshi I hope he likes it.
His request: tigers, both white and regular, no images specified.
color: neutrals/browns
was fun to make, and for some reason difficult. I loved working in brown though. Rich deep browns are among my favorite colors.
Here are the image credits:
2 of my own textures, as usual: In the Tall Grass, and Earth and Fire
And the following gorgeous tiger images from the Flickr Creative Commons.

thankee kindly. I love how the sleeping one and the standing one both look sort of naturally anthropomorphic, at least a little. The sleeping one I had to alter a bit to get the cropped edges to blend with the rest of the piece, and that actually only emphasized the vaguely humanoid look to the shoulders (originally comes from him or her sleeping on a log or branch and dangling both paws off the edges on either side--sooooo cute!). I hadn't intended to add an anthropomorphized image to this one, like I did in the hyena one, but it just sort of ended up happening on its own. *grin*
OMGs I found this one picture that I couldn't use because of chain link messing up the shot, but there was this giant tiger leaping at this human, and the human looked SOOOOO tiny. The tiger's head was like 4 times the size of the human's, and it was like 3 feet taller. Mouse said that's a TGIF moment, Thank God It's Fenced.
