I've had this sketch in my wips file for so long lol ever since the second Trolls movie came out I think?
I started sketching musicians I like as trolls, one of them being Prince!
I bet his concerts as a troll would be AMAZING!! He was an amazing performer!!
Kinda drew his famous purple jacket from memory so it's not 100% accurate to the real thing.
Drawing his hair was tricky cause I suck at hair styles, especially curly and wavy hair, well all hair really lol but then I remembered how they did Pinkie Pie's hair in my little pony and that helped a lot!! Fit the trolls style pretty well too.

I was obsessed with Prince music as a kid, he inspired one of my childhood OCs actually, Rubin!
Just like how Michael Jackson inspired me to create Drake, Prince inspired his best friend Rubin!
I always used to dream of seeing Michael and Prince perform together ^v^ I think there's a video of Prince joining Michael on a small stage one time to play guitar but I can't remember if it was real or not?
Anyways at least I could always draw them together as my OCs or as trolls lol, maybe I'll do Michael as a troll next -^^- <3
