It's been a while since I posted something! I've not abandoned the Crunchie project! I've just been having my ass kicked by anatomy lessons.
I spent some time pondering the feedback I got from my art tutor, and decided to take some time away from trying to do finished doodles, and focused a lot on trying to find my mark. I want the Crunchie project to look it's best, and for that I'm so glad to leave my journey documented for other's to stumble upon.
This latest Crunchie headshot feels so much closer to what I imagine the "manga" stylization I want for the project to be. I'll try harder to post more sketch practices and wip's as I go along. I think it's been important for me to chronicle my journey, I really want anyone who comes across my page to see that it can be done! I didn't start with any art skills, and I feel like there's a lot of promise here for me. I want you to realize that you can and will get there.
